How to access SQL database

Step 1

Go to control panel, select Administrative tools and click on Data source setup.

Step 2

Click on Add to create a new data source.

Step 3

Now you can see the SQL server from the list and select it to create a new data source for SQL server.

Step 4

Put in your pc name, description and select server you want to access.

Step 5

You can select your authenticity ID in here.

Step 6

Continue by setting up database path and filename to be attached.

Step 7

Lastly will finish setup and you can test on the result to ensure work or not.

Step 8

It will perform the result is pass or fail. Assume it is fail you can re-do the step to check out where you have miss up.
